Transforming Telco: AI in Telecommunications
Based on our previous work with telcos and our research, we have identified many impactful AI-led use cases.
16 September 2024—Neurons Lab, an AI consultancy providing end-to-end services for mid- and large-sized companies, announced today that it has become an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector Partner.
The AWS Public Sector Program (PSP) recognizes partners serving government, healthcare, education, space, and non-profit customers. This specialization is for AWS Partners, who help these customers and the AWS Partner Network (APN) use cloud-based solutions to help achieve their goals and add value.
Participation in the PSP differentiates Neurons Lab as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with proven success in supporting public sector customers. PSP membership will allow Neurons Lab to extend our support to public sector customers, delivering tailored solutions powered by generative AI technology that leverages AWS architecture.
We have helped public sector organizations develop and adopt GenAI solutions that support their staff, streamline their operations, and enhance their services securely. These solutions assist broader digital transformation objectives that help public sector organizations achieve impactful results and provide the best support possible to their many customers.
Neurons Lab is proud to be an AWS Public Sector Partner. PSP partners provide critical solutions and services to public sector organizations worldwide. They help their customers overcome technology challenges, delivering innovative solutions that accelerate progress toward their objectives.
In a recent project, Neurons Lab provided GenAI training to improve campaign performance for Oschadbank – the State Savings Bank of Ukraine founded by the government. In partnership with Visa, we delivered a GenAI Enablement education program aiming to:
No coding skills were required for the GenAI Enablement educational program, opening access to all non-technical marketing team members. We demonstrated how AWS Services can be leveraged for marketing activities in financial services.
These included Amazon Bedrock for integrating and deploying GenAI applications as well as Amazon Q, a GenAI-powered assistant that summarizes and analyzes vast amounts of data. These services prioritize privacy and security, which is crucial for marketing use cases in financial services.
Through immersive, practical training sessions, the marketing team learned how to use a wide range of cutting-edge GenAI tools to solve their business challenges. These tools included LeonardoAI, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Jasper, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and more.
I am happy with this training – there were a lot of materials and accesses were provided so that we could test everything. The speaker explained everything clearly. We are aiming to implement what we have learned into our work.
Earlier this year, Neurons Lab also achieved the AWS Generative AI competency. This recognizes our support for clients to develop GenAI solutions to augment their products, operations, and services in a secure, accurate, and impactful way. Neurons Lab also has AWS competencies in Machine Learning (ML) and Healthcare Services.
Neurons Lab delivers AI transformation services to guide enterprises into the new era of AI. Our approach covers the complete AI spectrum, combining leadership alignment with technology integration to deliver measurable outcomes.
As an AWS Advanced Partner and GenAI competency holder, we have successfully delivered tailored AI solutions to over 100 clients, including Fortune 500 companies and governmental organizations.
Based on our previous work with telcos and our research, we have identified many impactful AI-led use cases.
We explore advanced attack techniques against LLMs, then explain how to mitigate these risks using external AI guardrails and safety procedures.
We cover some of the most common potential types of attacks on LLMs, explaining how to mitigate the risks with security measures and safety-first principles.
The recently released SWARM framework offers a simple yet powerful solution for creating an agent orchestration layer. Here is a telco industry example.
Traditional chatbots don't work due to their factual inconsistency and basic conversational skills. Our co-founder and CTO Alex Honchar explains how we use AI agent architecture instead.
