Chief Technology Officer & Co-FounderAlex Honchar is an entrepreneur and mathematician by training, who has made a significant impact in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Born in Ukraine, he spent 7 years in Italy before settling in Madrid, Spain. After co-founding and leading AI teams at European startups, he co-founded Neurons Lab in 2019.
As the CTO & Co-Founder of Neurons Lab, Alex leads the company’s efforts in creating innovative AI solutions. His AI/ML experience lies mainly within the domains of Investment Management, Financial Services, Insurance, and HealthTech.

Igor Sydorenko
Chief Executive Officer & Co-FounderIgor Sydorenko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Neurons Lab, where he brings extensive experience in AI consultancy and strategy to his role. With executive education from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, Igor has a strong background in financial markets and technology. His professional journey includes founding quantitative trading firms powered by AI, such as Well ATS and Tradeinside, as well as advising businesses on AI integration and portfolio management.
Igor holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets from Kyiv National Economics University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
