Achieving the AWS Generative AI Competency differentiates Neurons Lab as an AWS Partner that has demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success, supporting clients to develop generative AI solutions to augment their products, operations, and services in a secure, accurate, and impactful way. Neurons Lab possesses the experience and expertise demonstrated through successful projects addressing customer challenges using generative AI solutions. These solutions enable digital transformation strategies for augmenting the customer experience, delivering hyper-personalized and engaging content, streamlining workflows, and delivering actionable results powered by generative AI technology from AWS.

Neurons Lab offers a range of capabilities within the generative AI field, including Conversational AI, Personalized Digital Experience, Intelligent document processing, and Synthetic data creation.
In a recent project, Neurons Lab partnered with Peak Defence to enhance their business operations and customer offering using generative AI technologies. Peak Defence provides cutting-edge information security compliance consulting services, helping clients meet standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC2. With increased demand, achieving compliance, managing information security systems, and responding to RFPs significantly drained employee time and resources, limiting the company’s scalability.
To evolve its offerings and unlock new capacity, Neurons Lab worked with Peak Defence to implement an AI platform on Amazon Bedrock that leverages LLMs (large language models) to automate manual compliance processes. Peak Defence’s end goal with the project was to fuel its transition from consulting into an SAAS platform for customers. AI has enabled them to transfer and scale their knowledge out for the customers, creating better security and permitting customers to get clarity and act quickly in a sea of data and security threats.
The reason behind using AWS services in particular was to retain control over the customer data and ensure it doesn’t end up in an “uncontrolled” AI learning environment, which is a big concern in the cyber security world.
Early results show the technology is already allowing Peak Defence to make the transition into a SAAS. Ultimately they can take on more customers without expanding headcount.
